The Southeast Valley Jaguars volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Webster City Lynx to 0 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Jaguars now have a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Newell-Fonda for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. Southeast Valley will play a Mustangs team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Alta-Aurelia (Alta, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Webster City drops to 6-3 on the campaign. The Lynx travel to Algona (Algona, IA) to play the Bulldogs in a North Central game on Thursday, September 4. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 3-0. Algona won 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Spencer (Spencer, IA)
