In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Sanger Indians (Sanger, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Ponder Lions (Ponder, TX), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Indians face the Bridgeport Bulls (Bridgeport, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 7. Sanger will attempt to better on its 17-6 season record.

With the loss, Ponder moves to 11-16 on the year. The Lions travel to Aubrey (Aubrey, TX) to face the Chaparrals in a non-league contest on Friday, September 3. The Chaparrals go into the contest with a record of 14-3. Aubrey won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Community (Nevada, TX)
