The Meridian Mustangs football team (Falls Church, VA), was tipped 18-13 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the host Kettle Run Cougars (Nokesville, VA)
The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Brentsville District nipped Fauquier (Warrenton, VA), 48-14, in a non-league challenge.
The Mustangs now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Madison County for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 7.
