In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Reagan Raiders soccer squad scored a close 1-0 win over the Surry Central Golden Eagles.
The Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC). The Eagles go into the Central Piedmont 4A battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, East Forsyth nipped Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC), 5-1, in a non-league battle.
The Golden Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Davie (Mocksville, NC). The War Eagles go into the non-league battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Davie was nudged by North Davidson (Lexington, NC), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
