South Carolina High School Volleyball - Gray Collegiate Academy tips Chapin

August 31, 2022: Chapin, SC 29036

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles (West Columbia, SC) and the host Chapin Eagles (Chapin, SC), saw Gray Collegiate Academy's volleyball squad nip Chapin by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Gray Collegiate Academy upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year. The War Eagles host Keenan (Columbia, SC) to play the Raiders in a AA Region 4 bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 10-6.

The Eagles now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Blythewood for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 1. Chapin will play a Bengals squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Westwood (Blythewood, SC). The Bengals record now stands at 6-2.
