The Highland Prep Honey Badgers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Madison Highland Prep Heat to 0 in the Honey Badgers non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Honey Badgers now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gilbert Classical Academy for a non-league game on Thursday, September 1. Highland Prep will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Heritage Academy (Laveen, AZ). The Spartans record now stands at 3-0.
The Heat (0-1) will now prepare for their game against San Tan Charter (Gilbert, AZ). The Roadrunners enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, San Tan Charter dropped by St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league game.
