West Virginia High School Volleyball - James Monroe edged by South Charleston

The South Charleston Black Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting James Monroe Mavericks to 1 in the Black Eagles non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Black Eagles now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hurricane for a Mountain State game on Wednesday, August 31.

The Mavericks (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Greenbrier East (Lewisburg, WV). The Spartans enter the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
