California High School Football - California School for the Deaf knocks off Anzar

The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the California School for the Deaf Eagles (Fremont, CA) and the host Anzar Hawks (San Juan Bautista, CA), observed California School for the Deaf's football squad thwart Anzar by a count of 32-20.

The Eagles now own a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Anderson Valley for a non-league contest on Thursday, September 14.

Coming up next, the Hawks play the Riverdale Christian Ambassadors (Riverdale, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 9. Anzar will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Ambassadors go into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 48-12 non-league win over Coast Union (Cambria, CA).
