The Medford Cardinals football team (Medford, OK), was ripped 60-12 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Covington-Douglas Wildcats (Covington, OK)

The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Ringwood (Ringwood, OK). The Red Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Ringwood was ripped by Timberlake (Helena, OK), 48-38, in a non-league challenge.

The Cardinals now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Kremlin-Hillsdale for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 8. Medford will meet a Broncs team coming off a 42-0 non-league loss to Corn Bible Academy (Corn, OK). The Broncs record now stands at 0-2.
