In Thursday's league game, the Glenn Rockets (Westland, MI) football team were victorious over the visiting Dearborn Pioneers (Dearborn, MI), by a score of 38-20.
The Rockets (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Stevenson (Livonia, MI). The Spartans come into the Kensington Lakes - East game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Stevenson was knocked off by Belleville (Belleville, MI), 56-7, in a league game.
The Pioneers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Franklin for a Kensington Lakes - East game on Friday, September 8. Dearborn will battle a Patriots team coming off a 40-3 league loss to Fordson (Dearborn, MI). The Patriots record now stands at 1-1.
