    • Michigan High School Football - Quincy nips Reading

    August 31, 2023: Reading, MI 49274

    In Thursday's league match, the visiting Quincy Orioles football squad scored a close 18-12 victory over the Reading Rangers.

    In their next game, the Orioles clash with the Bronson Vikings (Bronson, MI) in a Big 8 match, on Friday, September 8. Quincy will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 9-8 non-league loss to Summerfield (Petersburg, MI).

    The Rangers (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Union City (Union City, MI). The Chargers enter the Big 8 match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Union City held off Springport (Springport, MI), 41-0, in a league match.
