In Thursday's non-league game, the Rigby Trojans (Rigby, ID) football team were victorious over the host South Fremont Cougars (St. Anthony, ID), by a score of 22-8.
The Trojans (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Bonneville (Idaho Falls, ID). The Bees come into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Bonneville knocked off Century (Pocatello, ID), 50-14, in a non-league game.
The Cougars now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sugar-Salem for a non-league game on Friday, October 20.
