The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Shikellamy Braves (Sunbury, PA) and the host East Juniata Tigers (McAlisterville, PA), saw Shikellamy's soccer squad triumph over East Juniata by a margin of 7-1.
The Braves now sport a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Altoona for a non-league test on Saturday, September 2. Shikellamy will meet a Mountain Lions squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, East Juniata drops to 0-1 on the season. The Tigers host Susquenita (Duncannon, PA) to meet the Blackhawks in a Tri-Valley test on Monday, September 11. The Blackhawks come into the test with a record of 1-0.
