The Hillcrest Rams football team (Simpsonville, SC), was tipped 10-8 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC)
The Blue Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against York (York, SC). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, York nipped Union County (Union, SC), 15-10, in a non-league challenge.
The Rams now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Boiling Springs for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 7. Hillcrest will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 28-8 non-league win over Chapman (Inman, SC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.
