Minnesota High School Soccer - Simley knocks off St. Croix Lutheran

Simley Spartans (Inver Grove Heights, MN) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders (West St. Paul, MN), 3-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans confront the Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 7. Simley will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 1-1 non-league East Ridge (Woodbury, MN).

The Crusaders now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southwest Christian for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 5. St. Croix Lutheran will confront a Stars team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN). The Stars record now stands at 0-2.
