The Mustangs now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they host Howe for a Class A challenge on Friday, September 1. Rock Creek will face a Lions squad coming off a 10-3 non-league win over Atoka (Atoka, OK). The Lions record now stands at 15-14.

With the loss, Atoka falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Wampus cats host Tushka (Atoka, OK) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 1. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 19-7. Tushka lost 8-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Howe (Howe, OK)
