The Calvary Saints volleyball team (Springfield, IL), went down 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Springfield Senators (Springfield, IL)

The Senators (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, IL). The Crimsons enter the Central State Eight challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Jacksonville went down by Lincoln (Lincoln, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Saints encounter the Lincolnwood Lancers (Raymond, IL) in a MSM challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Calvary will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Lancers enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Greenfield/Northwestern (Greenfield, IL).
