North Carolina High School Volleyball - Carson Mount Pleasant

August 31, 2023: China Grove, NC 28023

The Carson Cougars volleyball team (China Grove, NC), went down 3-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC)

The Tigers (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC). The Knights enter the Yadkin Valley 1A/2A challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Gray Stone Day defeated Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars encounter the Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Carson will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to South Rowan (China Grove, NC).
