The Red Rock Scorpions (Sedona, AZ) volleyball overcame the visiting Chino Valley Cougars (Chino Valley, AZ), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Red Rock upgrades its record to 1-2 on the year. The Scorpions travel to Willow Canyon (Surprise, AZ) to face the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 2. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 1-4. Willow Canyon lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Canyon View (Waddell, AZ)

The Cougars now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Payson for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 5.
