The Sunnyside Blue Devils topped the host Cholla Chargers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Blue Devils now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sahuarita for a non-league test on Friday, September 1. Sunnyside will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Desert View (Tucson, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.
The Chargers (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Sahuaro (Tucson, AZ). The Cougars enter the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Sahuaro gained a win over Nogales (Nogales, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league test.
