The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY) and the visiting Crittenden County Rockets (Marion, KY), saw Muhlenberg County's volleyball squad beat Crittenden County by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Muhlenberg County upgrades its record to 7-4 on the year. The travel to McLean County (Calhoun, KY) to play the Cougars in a District 10 bout on Tuesday, September 5. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 4-9.

The Rockets now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they host Henderson County for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 5. Crittenden County will play a Colonels squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Meade County (Brandenburg, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 2-6.
