The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Remington Broncos (Whitewater, KS) and the host Eureka Tornadoes (Eureka, KS), saw Remington's volleyball squad beat Eureka by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Remington upgrades its record to 4-4 on the year. The Broncos host Conway Springs (Conway Springs, KS) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Conway Springs lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Chaparral (Anthony, KS)

The Tornadoes now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Marmaton Valley for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 5. Eureka will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Crest (Colony, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-3.
