Newark Wildcats (Newark, OH) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Grove City Greyhounds (Grove City, OH), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Olentangy Berlin Bears (Delaware, OH) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 5. Newark will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Bears come into the match with a 3-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Bishop Watterson (Columbus, OH).

With the loss, Grove City drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host Lancaster (Lancaster, OH) to clash with the Golden Gales in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 5.
