The Maumelle Hornets volleyball team (Maumelle, AR), went down 3-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Pottsville Apaches (Pottsville, AR)
The Apaches (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Dover (Dover, AR). The Pirates enter the non-league challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Dover went down by Russellville (Russellville, AR), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hornets encounter the Jacksonville Titans (Jacksonville, AR) in a 5A Central challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Maumelle will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Robinson (Little Rock, AR).
