The Miller Grove Wolverines volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Mays Raiders to 0 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Thursday.
The Wolverines now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coretta Scott King YWLA for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 5. Miller Grove will meet a Soaring Eagle team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lithia Springs (Lithia Springs, GA). The Soaring Eagle record now stands at 0-3.
The Raiders (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Therrell (Atlanta, GA). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 1-7 record. In their last game, Therrell was dropped by Arabia Mountain (Lithonia, GA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
