The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Sprague Olympians (Salem, OR) and the host Philomath Warriors (Philomath, OR), saw Sprague's volleyball squad beat Philomath by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Sprague upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Olympians travel to West Salem (Salem, OR) to play the Titans in a 6A Central Valley bout on Tuesday, September 5. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 3-0.

The Warriors now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Corvallis for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. Philomath will play a Spartans squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Springfield (Springfield, OR). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
