The Hope Christian Huskies football team (Albuquerque, NM), was tipped 21-20 in Saturday's non-league bout with the visiting Legacy Academy Silverbacks (Albuquerque, NM)

With the win, Legacy Academy advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Silverbacks host Hozho Academy (Gallup, NM) to encounter the Wolves in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 7. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Hozho Academy won 35-23 in their recent non-league bout against Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM)

The Huskies now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Albuquerque Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 7. Hope Christian will encounter a Chargers team coming off a 56-6 non-league win over Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM). The Chargers record now stands at 1-1.
