In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles football squad scored a good 34-14 victory over the Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers.

The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Coventry Christian (Pottstown, PA). The enter the Keystone State (8 Man) match with a 0-0 record.

Coming up next, the Deaf Hoosiers confront the Traders Point Christian Knights (Whitestown, IN) in a 8-Man Freelance (8 Man) match, on Friday, September 6. Indiana School for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
