The McHenry Warriors flag football squad scored 24 points and limited the visiting South Elgin Storm to 0 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Warriors now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hampshire for a test on Tuesday, September 3. McHenry will meet a Whip-Purs squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to Jacobs (Algonquin, IL). The Whip-Purs record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, South Elgin drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Storm travel to Jacobs (Algonquin, IL) to meet the Golden Eagles in a test on Saturday, September 7. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-0. Jacobs won 22-12 in their recent league test against Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL)
