The Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN) soccer nipped the host Twin Lakes Indians (Monticello, IN), 4-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Trojans now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Eastern for a Hoosier Heartland challenge on Tuesday, September 3. Tri-Central will encounter a Comets squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Tipton (Tipton, IN). The Comets record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Twin Lakes moves to 0-3 on the year. The Indians travel to Lafayette Central Catholic (Lafayette, IN) to encounter the Knights in a Hoosier challenge on Tuesday, September 3.
