The Nighthawks go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 18-14 non-league loss to Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO).

The Kadets (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Sand Creek (Colorado Springs, CO). The Scorpions go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Sand Creek toppled Harrison (Colorado Springs, CO), 50-16, in a non-league challenge.
