The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO) and the visiting Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO), witnessed Palmer Ridge's football squad topple Ponderosa by a count of 14-0.

The Bears (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Mullen (Denver, CO). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Mullen thwarted Castle View (Castle Rock, CO), 19-6, in a non-league contest.
