St. Benedict's Prep Gray Bees (Newark, NJ) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host St. Ignatius Wildcats (Cleveland, OH), 4-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, St. Benedict's Prep moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Gray Bees travel to Life Center Academy (Burlington, NJ) to meet the Warriors in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 1-2.

The Wildcats now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host University School for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. St. Ignatius will meet a Preppers team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Jackson (Massillon, OH). The Preppers record now stands at 4-1.
