In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Ripley Warriors softball team scored a tight 9-7 win over the Glenpool Warriors.
The Warriors (7-8) will now prepare for their match against Perry (Perry, OK). The Maroons come into the non-league match with a 12-3 record.
In their next game, the Warriors confront the Preston Pirates (Preston, OK) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 31. Glenpool will attempt to better on its 3-8 season record. The Pirates come into the match with a 9-2 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Eufaula (Eufaula, OK).
