Texas High School Volleyball - Trinity edged by Centennial

Centennial Spartans (Burleson, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Trinity Trojans (Euless, TX), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Centennial improves its record to 19-6 on the season. The Spartans travel to Frisco (Frisco, TX) to encounter the Raccoons in a non-league test on Saturday, August 31. The Raccoons go into the test with a record of 4-10. Frisco lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Midlothian (Midlothian, TX)

The Trojans now own a 12-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rock Hill for a non-league test on Saturday, August 31. Trinity will encounter a Blue Hawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Argyle (Argyle, TX). The Blue Hawks record now stands at 6-13.
