In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Cleveland Indians volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Spring Woods Tigers.
The Indians (3-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Grand Oaks (Spring, TX). The Grizzlies come into the 6A Region II District 13 challenge with a 21-6 record. In their last challenge, Grand Oaks lost by Keller (Keller, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers play the Klein Forest Eagles (Houston, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 4. Spring Woods will attempt to upgrade on its 3-16 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Dekaney (Houston, TX).
