The Damonte Ranch Mustangs volleyball squad (Reno, NV), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA)

With the win, Yreka improves its record to 9-6 on the season. The Miners travel to Woodland Christian (Woodland, CA) to encounter the Cardinals in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 31. The Cardinals go into the battle with a record of 2-4. Woodland Christian lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Hilmar (Hilmar, CA)

The Mustangs now own a 0-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carson for a 5A Northern battle on Tuesday, September 3. Damonte Ranch will encounter a Senators squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Senators record now stands at 8-1.
