Texas High School Volleyball - Veterans Memorial tips D'Hanis

August 31, 2024: D'Hanis, TX 78850

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Veterans Memorial Patriots volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the D'Hanis Cowboys.

The Patriots (13-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX). The Billies enter the non-league challenge with a 7-10 record. In their last challenge, Fredericksburg got by Lampasas (Lampasas, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cowboys meet the Jourdanton Indians/Squaws (Jourdanton, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 3. D'Hanis will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Indians/Squaws enter the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to St. Joseph (Victoria, TX).
