The Sanford Mustangs edged the visiting Gilpin County Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Mustangs face the West Grand Mustangs (Kremmling, CO) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 31. Sanford will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Mustangs go into the game with a 5-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Mancos (Mancos, CO).
