The Hinsdale South Hornets volleyball squad (Darien, IL), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Jones Eagles (Chicago, IL)

With the win, Jones improves its record to 4-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL) to encounter the Wolfpack in a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 4. The Wolfpack go into the battle with a record of 3-2. Saint Ignatius College Prep won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL)

The Hornets now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to De La Salle for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 3. Hinsdale South will encounter a Meteors squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Andrew (Tinley Park, IL). The Meteors record now stands at 2-3.
