The Raceland Rams volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Jeffersontown Chargers to 0 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rams now have a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lewis County for a District 63 outing on Tuesday, September 3. Raceland will play a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Greenup County (Greenup, KY). The Lions record now stands at 1-9.

With the loss, Jeffersontown drops to 0-11 on the campaign. The Chargers host Cornerstone Christian Academy (Shelbyville, KY) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 3. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 0-2. Cornerstone Christian Academy lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Walton-Verona (Walton, KY)
