In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Latin Romans volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Trinity Blazers.
The Romans (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Grizzlies enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Blazers meet the Chicago Christian Knights (Palos Heights, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 3. Trinity will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Richards (Oak Lawn, IL).
