The Sotomayor WILDCATS (San Antonio, TX) volleyball knocked off the host Lytle Pirates (Lytle, TX), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The WILDCATS now possess a 15-9 record. They play next when they travel to Randolph for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 31. Sotomayor will clash with a Ro-Hawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Jay (San Antonio, TX). The Ro-Hawks record now stands at 17-4.

With the loss, Lytle drops to 5-10 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to San Antonio Memorial (San Antonio, TX) to clash with the Minutemen in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 3. The Minutemen come into the bout with a record of 5-13.
