The Sagemont Prep volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Matanzas Pirates to 0 in the Prep non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Prep now have a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Archbishop McCarthy for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 31. Sagemont will encounter a Mavericks squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over American Heritage (Plantation, FL). The Mavericks record now stands at 2-1.

The Pirates now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Augustine for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 3.
