The Bearcats now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Newman Catholic for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 3. North Butler will clash with a Knights team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Garner-Hayfield/Ventura (Garner, IA). The Knights record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, South Hamilton drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Eagle Grove (Eagle Grove, IA) to clash with the Eagles in a bout on Saturday, August 31.
