In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Odebolt Arthur Battle Creek Ida Grove Falcons volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals.
The Falcons (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Okoboji (Milford, IA). The Pioneers enter the challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Okoboji got by South O'Brien (Paullina, IA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Generals meet the Spirit Lake Indians (Spirit Lake, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 31. Sibley-Ocheyedan will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
