The Sotomayor WILDCATS volleyball squad (San Antonio, TX), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Randolph Ro-Hawks (Universal City, TX)

With the win, Randolph improves its record to 20-4 on the season. The Ro-Hawks host Pleasanton (Pleasanton, TX) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 3. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 13-9. Pleasanton lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX)

The WILDCATS now own a 15-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host O'Connor for a 6A Region IV District 29 battle on Tuesday, September 3. Sotomayor will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Lake Creek (Montgomery, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 21-6.
