The Ravenswood Red Devils (Ravenswood, WV) volleyball knocked off the visiting Sherman Tide (Seth, WV), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Red Devils now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to St. Albans for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 3. Ravenswood will clash with a Red Dragons team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Cabell Midland (Ona, WV). The Red Dragons record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Sherman drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Tide travel to Gilmer County (Glenville, WV) to clash with the Titans in a Little Kanawha bout on Saturday, August 31. The Titans come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Gilmer County won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Clay County (Clay, WV)
