Wisconsin High School Volleyball - Barron over Somerset

In Sunday's non-league challenge, the visiting Barron Golden Bears volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Somerset Spartans.

With the win, Barron improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Golden Bears travel to Columbus Catholic (Marshfield, WI) to face the Dons in a non-league test on Sunday, August 31. The Dons go into the test with a record of 4-3. Columbus Catholic won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Cadott (Cadott, WI)

The Spartans now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clear Lake for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. Somerset will face a Warriors squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Bloomer (Bloomer, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 5-2.
