Our Lady Academy Crescents (Bay St. Louis, MS) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Lafayette Commodores (Oxford, MS), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Crescents clash with the Alcorn Central Bears (Glen, MS) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 5. Our Lady Academy will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Bears come into the match with a 3-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Pass Christian (Pass Christian, MS).
With the loss, Lafayette drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Commodores travel to Germantown (Madison, MS) to clash with the Mavericks in a non-league match on Friday, August 4. The Mavericks come into the match with a record of 0-0.
